Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services offered by Caneuro Sport vzw (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website.
By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Caneuro Sport vzw provides personal training and sport-related services.
All sessions are tailored individually and may be held in person or at agreed locations.

2. Booking Requests

  • Booking requests through our website are non-binding.

  • A request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until we contact you directly to confirm date, time, and details.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests based on availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session:

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (if applicable) or loss of booking priority.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

4. Payments

  • At this time, no payments are processed through the website.
    All payments (if applicable) are handled directly between the client and Caneuro Sport vzw via agreed methods (e.g. bank transfer, cash, or other).

5. Liability

All training activities are performed at your own risk.
Caneuro Sport vzw and its trainers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in training sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise and are encouraged to consult a doctor if unsure.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data (e.g., contact details provided via booking forms) are handled according to our Privacy Policy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only use your data to manage your request, communicate with you, and provide our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (texts, photos, logos, etc.) is the property of Caneuro Sport vzw and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms or our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
